basement

we had a part of our basement finished.  it is AWESOME.  it has quickly become a place for the kids to play and relax.

the snow is slowing disappearing and I think hope that it will be gone today.  the kids have been waiting for spring and can't wait for spring fun.

mark and natalie had a blast at the father/ daughter dance. it was 60's theme. mark had just as much fun  dressing up as natalie did!

while natalie and mark danced the night away, daniel and i had a date with grandma and papa. daniel asked if someone else could come on our date - and asked for grandma & papa! after dinner we went home for a special treat. root beer floats!
