today is thursday, a day that the kids would normally hang out with cousins leah, johnmiles and grandma - but grandma is on jury duty. exciting! as grandma said herself, now her many years of murder mystery reading is paying off.
daniel has an appointment with the ENT doctor for the 22nd of may. keep your fingers crossed for good news. we are hoping that his ears do not get infected again before he is seen.
i think that natalie is going to be a food inspector when she grows up. she is so funny when eating. she carefully will examine her food and if there is ANYTHING suspicious on it she'll hand it over. she is a picky eater, but at the same time she will eat some pretty random things. she loves black olives and sauteed onions.
the kids are doing great sleeping in the same room. i was worried that they'd keep each other up. but so far so good. natalie likes having daniel in the room with her. each night she walks over and whispers "good night" to him. the only drawback to this arrangement is that i think the kids wake up earlier than normal. today it was before 6am. i can't wait till the learn about sleeping in on saturday.
